How long does carpet take to dry after a clean?
With our hot-water extraction (steam) method, carpets are typically touch-dry in 2–4 hours and fully dry in 6–10 hours, depending on humidity, ventilation and pile depth. We use high-vac extraction wands so no carpet is left soaking.
Can you remove pet stains and odours?
Yes. We pre-treat pet urine, vomit and faecal stains with an enzyme-based deodoriser that breaks down the uric salts at the carpet backing — not just the pile. For heavy contamination we offer a dedicated urine-decontamination treatment.
Do you clean commercial carpets and offices?
Yes — we run after-hours and weekend commercial carpet cleaning across South and East Auckland for offices, retail, hospitality and body-corp common areas. Low-moisture encapsulation is available for fast-return-to-service jobs.
How often should carpets be professionally cleaned?
Manufacturers (and most carpet warranties) recommend a hot-water extraction clean every 12–18 months for residential carpet, every 3–6 months for high-traffic commercial carpet, and immediately after spills, illness or new-baby/pet arrivals.
Do you guarantee stain removal?
