How much does floor sanding cost in Auckland?
FlooringPro floor sanding is priced per m² (NZD, excl. GST): $43/m² for a wooden floor clean/recoat (2 clear coats), $76/m² for standard sanding (3 clear/intense coats), $92/m² for standard sanding with 1 stain + 2 clear coats, $94/m² for heavy duty sanding (3 coats), and $110/m² for heavy duty sanding with 1 stain + 2 clear coats. Stairs are $132 per step sanded and polished, or $54 per step for a clean/recoat with no sanding. Minimum booking is 25m².
Why don’t other flooring services show a price?
We show an indicative from-price for concrete grinding, carpet laying, epoxy coatings, laminate, SPC, vinyl installation, block honing and garage floor coatings. The final number depends on site conditions, material choice and area, so an exact price is confirmed after a free measure and written quote before any work is booked.
